I’ve lived with Restless Leg Syndrome for over 40 years, and like millions of others, I spent decades trapped in the same exhausting cycle—trying product after product, hoping each new medication, device, oil, stretch, or nightly routine would finally bring relief.

But it never lasted. Nights turned into battles, sleep became unpredictable, and the constant restlessness wore down my body, focus, energy, and overall quality of life.
